Engine 14 is a 2017 E-One Typhoon X which is equipped with a 1500 gpm pump. It carries 980 gallons of water, 20 gallons of class “A” foam, and 30 gallons of class “B” foam. Engine 14 is one of eleven Paramedic Engine Companies that serve the city of Lexington and is the primary Lexington city Engine Company that responds to The Bluegrass Airport. Engine 14 is assigned to Station 14 along with Emergency Care 5 and Brush Truck 1 and covers the Versailles Road area on the west side of Lexington.
